PHARMACEUTICAL MAGAZINE ADVERTISEMENT

This conceptual project involved designing a full-page magazine ad for a fictional pharmaceutical product. The challenge was to invent a drug with a unique name, purpose, and visual identity, then develop supporting brand elements including a logo, typography, and key art. My fictional drug focused on enhancing charisma, combining playful storytelling with bold visual design.
I began by creating a unique name and logo for the fictional drug Risaphen, drawing inspiration from pharmaceutical branding conventions. Taking a humorous and imaginative approach, I based the concept on the Dungeons & Dragons charisma stat, designing a central illustration of a sophisticated goblin holding a potion. The image was first sketched with pen and paper, then digitally refined and colored to achieve a handcrafted yet polished look.
The final deliverables included a full-page magazine ad and a custom logo mark. The design stood out for its playful concept, engaging illustration, and bold departure from typical pharmaceutical ad aesthetics. Viewers responded positively to its originality and humor, noting that it was eye-catching and memorable.
